Pregnancy Yoga is suitable from 12-14 weeks (Please ensure you have had your 1st scan before booking and have approval from GP/Midwife).
Enjoy a bespoke 1-hour session tailored to support your journey into motherhood.
Sessions are available online or in the comfort of your own home.
