I offer non-medical techniques designed to support you during the progressive stages of labour and birth, aiming to enhance your comfort, cultivate calmness, and foster an overall sense of ease.
 

But our support doesn't end with birth. Extend the continuum of care into the postnatal phase with our Postnatal Doula services. As a Postnatal Doula, I'm here to hold space for you as you recover immediately after birth, providing the support you need to navigate the early postpartum period with comfort and confidence.
